What Causes Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea After A C-section Delivery?
Yes I had a c section 3 months ago and delivered twins. It seems that almost every day in the last atleast 5 to 7 weeks I have had severe abdominal pains on left side and stool is always diareaha. I never have a appetite. Before the c section everything was fine and I was overall healthy and the pregnancy was almost near perfect. Any reason I would be feeling this was? I take Imodium almost daily it does nothing for me. Any help is appreciated Thanks

Take ciprofloxacin 500 mg morning n night and metronidazole 400 mg three times a day for five days and take drotaverine for abdominal pain or cramps .
