'HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

A food diary for a week to 10 days would help to determine if there are any particular foods or drinks that are causing or worsening your problem.

There are certain foods that increase the risk of bloating such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, turnips , beans, brussel sprouts, apple, prunes, carbonated drinks.
Reducing the use of any of these foods would help.

Persons with reflux can also have bloating, this can be linked to spicy , acidic, fatty foods such as caffeine, tomato, mint, onion, citrus fruits.

Medications such as pepcid, zantac, nexium, prilosec, prevacid may help though it can sometimes take a few days for these meds to kick in.

I hope this helps
