What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating After A Fundoplication Surgery?

Hello doctor my name is Leslie Michalec I am 59 years old and I live in a small town in down state New York and a year ago I had the Gerds surgery and I been having problems ever since the doctor who did the surgery did the warp to tight for I can not burp or vomit I still having bad stomach pain and a lot of bad gas after I eat I am now being seen by another doctor he stretched my windpipe a couple a times it felt fine for a little while and then I have this feeling like there a constant lump in the back of my throat and when I do vomit it comes right from the back of my throat and sometimes through my nose as well and there is allways a lot of mucus as well I was wondering should I have a redo surgery for Gerds or is there another way the doctor can solve my problem with out surgery.
