What Causes Abdominal Pain After Undergoing Hysterectomy?

Hi I had robotic hysterectomy 4 weeks ago, I had uterues and cervix removed, 1st and 2nd week felt great, 3rd and 4th feeling very swollen and tried going for a walk today and had to call my husband to come and get me, my upper belly hurts more than anything, and my legs feel like dead weight, is this normal? I was running 20-25 miles a week before surgery am I going to be able to run again? I feel like my whole belly is being stretched it is so uncomfortable, is there anything I can do to relieve that? Thank You Lori
