What Causes Abdominal Discomfort And Dizziness?

I have been having issues with my left side of my abdomen and recent light headedness. My arms and feet have been feeling some form of tingling and weakness as well as lower back pain. I had a recent colonoscopy and nothing was found. Last night I experienced night sweats.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having very spread symptoms and very likely you are experiencing anxiety which might be the cause of them.

Having a visit with your doctor will help rule out other causes and if anxiety is thought to be the cause then treatment for it might help.

Checking your thyroid (blood test TSH and FT4) might be helpful as sometimes when thyroid is not working well patients have it difficult to handle anxiety.

I hope I have answered to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
