What Causes Abdominal Cramps With Bowel Problem?

I have really bad abdominal cramps (which I am used to with IBS), but they are different than normal. I am freezing cold, can't pass stool (even though that usually makes me feel better), have bad heartburn, and weak. I did pass a little bit of stool and it was very pale...almost white. Should I be concerned? It has never been that color before.
