Past two months every three or four week colon cramps leading to diarea. then I m fine couple of weeks later it hits then two months etc. normal movements in between. A month ago eating off my normal moderate diet an attack in the afternoon. Today same thing, after eating out, a vegtable wrap. This is ongoing with normal periods of weeks inbetween. I feel weak afterward, some slight residual cramping then back to normal.
