What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea After Prostatectomy?

A radical robotic prostatectomy 6-15-15. Hernia operations eighties early nineties. Past two months every three or four week colon cramps leading to diarea. then I m fine couple of weeks later it hits then two months etc. normal movements in between. A month ago eating off my normal moderate diet an attack in the afternoon. Today same thing, after eating out, a vegtable wrap. This is ongoing with normal periods of weeks inbetween. I feel weak afterward, some slight residual cramping then back to normal.

* There can be possible rectal metastasis if there is persistent diarrhoea, must be evaluated with colonoscopy. Sporadic instances of diarrhoea can be found with intestine infections.
