What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Brown Vaginal Discharge?
On Saturday I woke up to what I thought was my Normal period and really bad cramps and that carried on til Monday morning when I woke up there was no blood only brown discharge and only when I wiped, the next day today it has turned really light and light pink, this isn t normal for me what could it be

The symptoms are more consistent with infective causes like yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Consult a gynaecologist and plan for a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis.
As of now, you can use clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
