What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Vaginal Bleeding Post Hysterectomy?
I had a full hysterectomy including cervix and ovaries a year ago. Four weeks ago I had my gallbladder removed. I am having mild lower abdominal cramps and when I wiped after using the restroom there is bright red blood on the toilet paper. Is this an emergency situation or can it wait til tomorrow to see a dr?

If this is not profuse bleeding and just a drops or oozing then this is not emergency and you can wait for some time if this does not stop and continue to ooze then you need to see the Doctor, else this is not an emergency, hope this information helps, take care.
