What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Diarrhea And Vomiting?

I am sure I have food poisoning from eating out Tuesday night. I still can not eat or drink anything without getting cramps and having diarrhea and vomiting. I am a 70 year female and even though I have no heart problems, I was wondering if I should go to ER.

it seems like gastrointestinal infection due to food poisoning

you can take ofloxacycilin and ornidazole combination twice a day for five days

take omeprazole and domperidone combination drug twice a day at empty stomach

take dicyclomine and paracetamol combination 2times a day after meal

drink lemon juice, ORs powder frequently
eat rice and khichdi
don't. eat commercial products
don't eat spicy food, bakery items etc
