53 yr old male diabetic on a lot of meds for pain sleep disorder etc stresses out smoker feeling bloated going to bathroom 10 times a day maybe one normal poop then small rabbit looking poop don’t feel myself tired just done feel normal mucus some blood
1. Do not eat spicy food. 2. Take medicines for gastritis- Pantop/Omez/Rantac. 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 a.m., small snack at 11 a.m., lunch at 1 p.m., small snack at 4 p.m. and dinner at 8 p.m. 4. Drink plenty of water. 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea. 6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis. 7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day. 8. Learn meditation techniques. 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days, it becomes a habit.
