What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Stomach Ache?

I have been having trouble with bloating, gas, and sometimes actual pain in my along with it in my stomach and intestines. I know it sound strange but it seems like bendin over, which I do a lot of at work can set it off, but when I get it bad it can last for several weeks. During that time I take gas-x and a 24 hour anti- acid. I loose my appetite and don t feel well. Can a hernia cause that? My doctor has run a scope and also checked for pylori but nothing is turning up.

Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a gastrointestinal infection. I suggest you to use Simethicone medication for the bloating. I also suggest to use probiotics daily. You should drink liquids and eat fiber rich diet.
