What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Stomach Ache Along With Vomiting?
Symptions are gas and bloating, stomach ache and sometimes causes vomiting, at the same time the nose drips. Happens every so often with no common happenings, like eating or drinking the same thing. Different times of day. May last a few hours to all night or day.

I think it may be an intolerance to some food causing bloating and vomiting.
You can try to eliminate these foods from the diet if you spot which are the triggers. If you have difficulty on spotting which foods trigger it then you can go to a food intolerance treating center.
