What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Severe Gas?

Hi I am 45 years old. I had sex once since this year on the 28 of march. My period ended two weeks earlier. I have not seen it since. My stomach is growing . I feel movement . My daughter feels it too. My breast are not tender my complexion changed I have gas continuously and I can t loose the bloat even taking nexium. I did at least 8 hot. They all were negative. I went to the hospital I did xray and blood test they say I am not pregnant. I have to unbutton my pants. For comfort. I can t lie comfortable on my stomach. If I eat too fast I may get nauseated. The doctor says my blood test shows that I am perfectly healthy Could I be really pregnant?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Based on the fact that you didn't have your periods you can be pregnant. I suggest to do an ultrasound or a Beta HCG test for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
