What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Fatigue Along With Backache?
My wife is 60 years old. Periods stopped 10 years ago. Lately she has been complaining about feeling like she is on the first day of her period symptoms include irritability, bloating, fatigue. She has discomfort in her lower back that my body heat seems to relieve to a large degree. Lower abdomen is swelled slightly.

these symptoms can be due do hormonal imbalance after menopause.Due to decrease in estrogen levels after menopause women may experience such symptoms..
I will suggest you to do a ultrasonography scan of lower abdomen and also visit a gynecologist..if any hormonal supplements needed she can prescribe you that..
