General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The bone spur on MRI at cervical level is not causative agent for the abdomen and back pain. There can be various issues as pancreatic inflammation with abdomen pain going through to back , ulcer disorders or other intestine pathology having back pain as referred symptoms. As rightly said, a CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis will help to reveal the best evaluation of possible causes and further guidelines accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
