What Causes A Yellowish Sticky Mucus Discharge From Anus In Piles Patient?

Hello, I'm a 39 year old male. I have been a piles sufferer for years now. Lately have noticed a yellowish sticky mucus discharge from my anus and also a clear discharge. It doesn't smell like anything. Any idea what it can be. I have also experienced a tingling sensation on the tip of my penis and around my shaft. This usually happens when my piles become more irritated. Any idea what it can be?
