sir i found a small white colour wart in my sexual part . then i went to nearest dermetrology doctor he prescribed viral wart glans noticed 3 days back and also prescribed podowart oinment . another day he aplys that ointment in my infected area . what i whant to know is why he suggest that oinment

You have sought for a specialist opinion straight. The reason the dermatologist prescribed you the podowart ointment is to break down the wart. I would advise you to apply some vaseline around the wart NOT on the wart before applying the paint because your genitals are sensitive.
