Hi,

It is due to Acid reflux disease and gas formation. Due to that you feel tightness in chest as well. You take lansoperazole 30mg once daily for one week. You also avoid smoking, beverages, and sleep well for 8 hours and take plenty of liquids with morning walk. I hope you will relieve in couple of weeks but if it continues then report to emergency room for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
