What Causes A Throbbing Sound In The Head With Headaches?
throbbing sound on right side of head ...like a heartbeat . This has been ocurring on/off 3 -4 times daily for approx 10 days. Twice during these 2 weeks I have had a headache...woke up with one this a.m. Had a mild stroke 5 months ago and feel anxious about having another one.

It could be due to raised blood pressure so get your BP checked. It may also be due to complication of stroke.
