hello, and thank you for this wondeful website...I am 31 years old, female, never have been pregnant, sexually active but never had the actual real intercourse, so I am absolutely sure i am not pregnant; there is a white spot (looks like a rash) exactly at the center of my nipples (one in the center of each nipple), the spot on the right nipple looks a bit bigger and a bit swollen, no discharge at all, no pain, just sometimes gets irritated when touched accidentally, and I feel my nipples are very sensitive to an extent that I don't really like it when my fiance touches or kisses them since I feel they are irritated. these symptoms mostly appears on the right nipple as I mentioned and less on the left one. is it serious? what is it called and what could be the treatment?
