What Causes A Swollen Lymph Node On The Left Side Of The Neck?

Im a 29 year old female i have swollen lymphnode left sside of neck just above coller bone measures 4x 4 cm , recent CT scan show swollen lymphnodes in my chest, my white blood cell count is very high for 6 months now and platelets also very high. Whats your thoughts please??

I understand your concerns.

Swollen lymph nodes left side of neck associated with high white blood cells count for 6 months is indicating possible infection on head and chest sites. Infection of lymph nodes themselves is to consider too. A good physical examination is required together with the full ct-scan report.

We should rule out infection, then, we can investigate further for possible lymphoma. The full blood count report and ct-scan report is required.
We should evaluate the other blood cells count too.
