What Causes A Swollen Cheek In A Child?

My 2 year woke up this morning with her left cheek swollen close to jaw line and ear and took her to doctors and they were saying could be lymph nodes or teeth coming in but she has nomfever and seemed fine once we got home but cheek is still swollen??

Hi...it could be teeth coming out.... Quite possible... No need to have fever definitely. Other option us that some sort of allergy or angioedema. If she's otherwise fine and her usual self, you can wait. Don't worry.
