Hello,

Very likely the painful spot at the back of your head and the headaches you are experiencing are due to muscular pain.

Sometimes when the muscle is contracted and in spasm it feels like a lump in the area and also is very painful.

The shoulder muscles go all the way up to the base of the skull (back of the head) and cause pain at there insertion there.

As for the lump at the side of Adam's apple and fluid in the ear they might be related to a viral infection.

If you still notice them in 4-5 days and they are not settled then you will need to see your doctor examine both lumps, the one close to Adam's apple and the one at the back of the neck just to make sure if they are lymph nodes and if so to make a plan to follow up on them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
