What Causes A Sore Blister In Natal Cleft?

About 3 weeks ago I noticed a sore blister in my natal cleft. It was red - streaked and began about half inch above my anus and ended before my tailbone ( located completely in the crack ). A few days ago it seemed to have popped and there is persistent light bleeding and clear tinged drainage in my butt crack. A small wound or tear has now developed. What should I do to heal an area that is naturally moist at times ? I want to stop the drainage and heal the opening. What medication should I use on the area ?
