What Causes A Small Lump In The Lower Abdomen?

On the right side of my lower abdomen there is a distinct bruise. It doesn t hurt, and when I touch it I feel a small lump: like an enlarged blood vessel. I m a 26 year old accountant, and I drink pretty heavily. My only fear is that it s related to drinking.

Hi,DEar,thanks for your query to HCM.I studied your query in depth.1-In My opinion the small lump in the rt lower abdomen -appears to be venous lump --if its venous as said -it should be bluish, and then in that case it may be related to your heavy drinking-as it may come due to cirrhotic-fibrous liver-which you may get due to the heavy drinking.2-So check up with physician-who would fix other causes other than the liver related venous lump.3-Hope this would solve your query.4-Wellcome for any more questions on new or this subject also...Have A Good Day..!!
