What Causes A Small Hard Lump On My Right Testicle
I am 14 years old and I have a small hard lump on my right testical. It is about the size of a rice grain and seems to be attatched to the testical under the skin. The lump has been there for a few years now and I'm wondering weather it could be cancerous.

Mostly this could be a sebaceous cyst or a Spermatocele and needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified General surgeon or urologist .
