What Causes A Small Bump In The Vulva Area And Excessive Sweating?
I have a small, very small, bump in the vulva area. It stings or is an annoyance wiping after urination. I do high intensity interval training and yoga 5 x a week...lots of sweating. It showed up when I started spin classes so I quit as it was annoying. Any thoughts. It s a lighter color than the surrounding tissue. Not quite white.

I really appreciate your concern, it may be boil condition it could be due to some infection since it is single one then it will be okay on its own may not need any treatment but of course care need to be taken for hygiene keep the area clean and stop worrying hope this information helps.
