Hii..for the last 4-5days I have been experiencing this slight pain on my forehead just above my left eyebrow..this happens only when I raise my eyebrow,goes away when I do it 3-4 times and comes back after an hour or so.lately(last 24hrs) this pain has extended till the top of the left part of my head.it when i raise my eyebrow it feelsĀ likeĀ current is flowing from my eyebrow to the top of my head,and it decrease in magnitude on subsequent repetions and goes away once I do it 5-6 times repeatedly.
It's a kind of neuralgia and after proper follow up the reason of headache may be ascertained. If reason us tumour, cyst etc ( possibility is much less), it may be treated too.
Till that time, deep breathing exercises may help you. Known for uprooting most of the headaches, theres nothing disadvantageous. Also an opportunity is there on 21 June on World Yoga Day all over the world. 35 minutes package will be taught which is free. Learn and practice to see headache going for ever.
Better to do breathing exercises and not to start pain killers as far as possible.
