What Causes A Recurring Pimple In The Ear?

I ve had a pimple in my ear for a few weeks. It was huge. It popped and when it was healing, came back. I feel my jaw is becoming uneven. I don t think I m using my back teeth on that side as much. Well it just popped again. A lot of blood. I can feel it filling up again and no matter how much it drains, it closes and fills up again. I have very clean ears but I don t know if it s time to go to a doctor or dentist and see if it s a cyst. Time frame from first noticing was about a month ago.
