What Causes A Pus Filled Painful Blister On The Abdomen?

I had a little spot suddenly appear on my stomach which was a little painful like a pimple or something, so I squeezed it and thick very dark coloured substance like congealed puss came out. It turned into a scab that was healing but after about three weeks it started hurting again. I squeezed and this time more of the substance came out. This time I squeezed until the thick pussy like substance finished and it started to bleed instead. What is this?

For that you can take tablet acetaminophen for pain.

You can apply neosporin powder over it locally.
