What Causes A Persistent Red Patch On The Neck?

I have a red patch about the size of a peach pit right below my left collarbone, it doesn t itch and it doesn t hurt, I have no idea how long it has been there but exactly when it appeared but its very visible and I constantly get asked if I got hit with something.

1. Do check with a dermatologist for your skin symptom since he will be in better positon to diagnose your problem.

2. Take a course of anti fungal drug fluconazole and apply ointment Tolnaftate locally and usr Selsun shampoo (to be applied 1 hour before bath)

3. You can also go for a complete blood check up for any blood realted abnormality.
