I have a round lesion on the top of my head in the front. It is smaller than a dime it looks like a raised swollen pus filled lesion that is very red around the edge. There are three smaller bumps on my head , they do not have pus visible but are sore. My forehead is very swollen and I have aching pain and condensed ear pressure on the same side . I am concerned about infection locally and to my brain. I have put neosporin on the biggest infected spot. Another is that these bumps are from insect bites, tho I have no knowledge of bites but it was just an idea. I am seeing my Dr. in the morning tho thought you might have some Dermatology suggestions.
