What Causes A Painful Rash Post A Sphincteroctomy?
Hi, i was operated for features two months back. I have gone through sphincteroctomy however after 10 weeks still facing mucoid secretion issue and due to walking and swait at the area causes heavy rashe. Due to which i am facing difficulties in sitting and walking. Please advice.

Infection or abscess has to be thought. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. If there is pus collection or abscess it has to be drained. As a first line management topical antibiotics like mupirocin can be applied.
