What Causes A Painful Lump Near The Vulva?

I have a giant extremely painful lump straddling my bikini line and vulva. At first it just felt like a few small hard peas under my skin but when I used a mirror I couldn t see anything other than mild swelling. i thougt it was an ingriwn hair from waxing so i took a few epsom baths and did warm compresses. Now it s even huge and it looks like a giant raised bruise and almost has a blister feel to it. It s so sore I can t even press on it to see if there s still a hard mass. The location of it makes sitting standing, walking and even just wearing pants extremely painful.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may be infection and it could be folliculitis initially it can be managed with Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day till the clinical condition confirmed and for that you needs to see the surgeon, if this is infection then then it may needs antibiotic, if this is puss formation then drain would required hope this information helps.
