What Causes A Painful Lump At The Incision Site On The Chest?

I have a stich on my right side in my chest near or under the arm pit I thought I had pulled a mussle but its been there for over two weeks it herts when I take big breath in and when I touch should I be worried.. I also have a pee size lump in my right testical but its been there for over 3 years I have always ignored it should I be getting it cheaked I always said to myself if it was cancerass I would of died by now ... thank you Rikki .

Hi.
As per your case history you are having a sebaceous cyst.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition. Don't worry about cancerous growth.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain if present.
4. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia done by a dermato-surgeon.
