What Causes A Painful Bump On The Anus?
Hello, I discovered in my shower this morning a Bump right inside my anus, approximately the size of a BB from a BB Gun (I of course couldn t see it). I have recently had some discomfort there, almost like a cut or abrasion, but noticed the bump today.

It could be an abscess. It is nothing but a collection of pus around the anal opening.
Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated, once the diagnosis of an abscess is confirmed, it has to be drained.
Avoid excessive straining as it might worsen the symptoms. Laxatives like lactulose can be taken for symptomatic relief.
