General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to UTI/urethritis, STDs. I would suggest to consult dermatologist and undergo urine tests and urethral swab test, STD screening test.

Following treatment will useful:

For UTI: Tablet sptran DS, tablet uromax, syrup cital. Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple. Do not delay in empty bladder and empty it completely. Maintain proper hygiene before and after urination. Avoid sweats in affected area and maintain proper hygiene. Use antibacterial soap, Tablet Doxycycline for 1 week cover the all the possible infection. Other specific treatment depend on tests result.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
