What Causes A Noisy Stomach And Passage Of Yellow Stools?

Noisy stomach when eating some foods. Combination of normal, soft, and loose bowels for 8 weeks. I have lost 20 lbs in approx 8 weeks. Yellow stools formed like a ribbon many times alternating with normal stools. Does this sound like a gallbladder issue? Tested for Celiac but came back negative. Eating gluton free and feel better.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of noisy stomach and passage of yellow stools. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like due to problems in the biliary system, hepatitis , pancreatitis , gilbert’s Syndrome , giardiasis or stress. Need not to worry. Actually yellow colour of stool is due to bile secreted from liver. Drink plenty of fluids to rehydrate yourself. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order tests like ultrasound , endoscopy , liver function test for SGOT and SGPT. Doctor may prescribe albendazole , antibiotics and anti fungal at least for a week along with anti inflammatory .
