General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the lump you noticed on your stomach that is moving from side to side could be due to enlarged bowels especially if you have been suffering from constipation or increased gas recently.

As this has been going on for several months (since July) I highly recommend to consult with a general surgeon and run an abdominal ultrasound to determine the right diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
