Welcome to health care magic.
1.The history suggest the possibility of the testicular lump, next possible cause collection in the scrotal sac, chord thickness.
2.In this case if you are my patient, i would have examined and ask for a
ultrasound examination.
3.The ultrasound will clearly assess the possible causes, weather lump or collection or thickness of chord, if lump what is its nature and where it is arising from and where all extending.
4.Its vascularity, and any abnormal calcifications. If required an FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology for assessing the nature of the lump.
5.So suggest you to see you GP, get it examined and treated accordingly. Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask do not hesitate to ask.
