What Causes A Lump On The Labia?

I have a bump on my labia. Its not painful unless i try to mess with it. I didn t notice it until I had checked myself about a week ago. It has gotten bigger over the pass couple of days. is this a sign of herpes? or would i have had more flu like symptoms like the ones i have read about?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
It is not herpes as it is very painful.
Your lump could be due to Blocked hair follicle, Blocked sweat gland (sebaceous gland). Exact diagnosis require vaginal and clinical examiantion.

You can use premium service of the HCM in which you can upload the image for better management.
Take following advises:
Apply neomycin ointment
Tablet ibuprofen
Apply warm pad application
Wear pure cotton loose inner and avoid sweatings.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Other treatment will depend on the specific cause
Hope this may help you

COntact HCM for further health query
