Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Lump on clavicle can be due to bone growth or soft tissue growth lying on clavicle. I suggest you to get a X-ray of the clavicle to know the origin of the lump. Pain radiating down the arm could be due to nerve compression caused by the lump. Clinical assessment and radiological investigations will help to determine the cause of lump and hence management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
