What Causes A Lump On Right Side Of Neck With Mild Pain?

Hello, My name is Marshall. I m a 57 year old white male. in the last month I have experienced hoarseness. It s not so bad unless I talk a lot, the longer I talk the more hoarse I become, then I noticed an uncomfortable feeling or knot in lower right side of neck, no swelling on outside associated with right ear pain kind of like a tendon being stretched from your throat to your ear. I didn t think much about it, but if I sleep on my right side, I can feel the lump or knot more inside but not out. I swallowed a moist piece of bread and felt it brush against something as it went down. Any ideas?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the most common reason for this symptoms would be allergic condition and hyperacidity and it need to be managed accordingly initially if this fails to response then you need to see the ENT Doctor, then it may need some investigation till then voice rest is also advisable, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
