Dear doc.......I have this lump in my penis shalf and it pain me when I having sex .wen i have the feeling of a climax it pains me bad i have to stop it feels like im block .....I had an radical prostatosmy surgery .... can that cause this problem i am 55 yrs

I really appreciate your concern, if this is single one and does not cause any pain then could be cyst and possibly could be sebaceous one some may need surgical excision if not regressed it is not related with the past history of surgery, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
