I would say that according to your symptoms are these conditions that probably may cause your symptoms : Hemorrhoids - ( most likely)Swallen veins located in the rectum .When the veins are swollen thay may be irritated while you have stools causing you pain and bleeding .Warm shower may help to reduce the itching and pain. - Rectum Tumor - cancer: May be he first sign of a Tumor ,other symptoms may be present : changes in bowl habits ( constipation and diarrhea ) , bleeding from you anus also not while having stools , pressure in your anus .
