What Causes A Lump Between Spine And Right Scapula?

I have a strange lump in my back in between my spine and right scapula. I noticed it most after going to get a pedicure and sitting in the massage chair for awhile. I noticed my back was hurting in this spot so I kept the massage roller on the same spot for awhile. The roller remained in the same spot on both sides of my spine, but only my right side got inflamed. What could this be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be any disease but it could be lymph node or lipoma in either of this case it is nothing to worry if this is the suspected infection then it needs to be managed with antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs but clinical confirmation is necessary hope this information helps.
