What Causes A Large Painful Mass In The Vaginal Opening?
I have a large mass in my vaginal area. It is not itchy or bleeding but it is very painful. They is nothing anywhere else. It is very big through and is located at the top of the vaginal area, inbetween the lips . I have had sex, but the growth is no where near the vagina itself.

Painful large mass what you are complaining of at the vaginal opening area could be infected 'bartholin cyst'.
Kindly visit Gynecologist in this regard and get clinically assessed.
Since it appears to be big and infected, it might require a minor surgical intervention.
