What Causes A Large Painful Lump Under The Left Ear?
I have a large lump under my left ear that will come on with no warning and will last about a hour, it gives me a real bad taste in my mouth. It is large enough where it goes up past my ear on the side of my face, and down in my jaw, it hurts to move my head up or down. It gives me the case of having a absest tooth. Btteeth are good.

From history it seems that you might be having infection in your parotid gland or some blockage in parotid duct causing frequent swelling on the part.
Consult oral surgeon and get examined.
Do salt water gargles daily.
