What Causes A Large Lump On The Inner Leg Close To Vagina?
I have a large lump on the top inside of my leg next to my vagina it was larger then went down in size and has swollen again I have had it for about 7day there in no head on it and I don t think this is an ingrown hair as I have had one before, can you tell me what this might be please?

Hi,
It may be some lymph node in the inguinal region. There are several reasons for this node which may be any infection, inflammation or some kind of benign or malignant neoplasia. Hence, to reach at a final diagnosis and treatment accordingly, the further testing by FNAC / Biopsy is advised.
